The apartments

have two to six sleeping places, one room or two rooms and all of them
with restroom. Some have a little internal terrace.

Are FULLY FURNISHED and the kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED; all apartments
have television and the clients can use the laudry area with designed
covered clothelines, above which tere is the sunbathing terrace with
synthetic grass, plants and flowers.

apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heater for hot air in
winter and air conditioning, dehumidification and simple ventilation
in summer.

Are rent out SEASONALLY, which means:

In
SUMMER it is possible to rent also for short periods in accordance
with your agreement with the owners
In WINTER rents TEND to be from October to May to students and
teachers (for the school year) . In this case however rents are to a
maximum of 3 persons. Naturally it is possible to make different
agreements with the owners. |
