HISTORICAL CENTER

High up on a small promontory there is the historical cenre which dominates the sea of  Imperia, history of the genoese dominion that Porto Maurizio once was subject to. The centre is easily reached by foot but for the “lazy” ones there is the little train (of which we spoke before) and the free communal elevator.
